I wasn’t too surprised yesterday to find the streets somewhat deserted at my usual time. The summer has clearly ended and everyone seems to be back to school or work. I will try once more around the usual time to see whether I might have just come out a tad too late, but I fear I might have to change my shooting routine to accommodate to the impending autumn. I might have to start shooting after siesta rather than before to see whether I’m more lucky then. However, soon the light will start to be going earlier and I might find myself in a little bit of a logistics problem. In any case, shooting street will surely become a little more challenging once the autumn starts for real.
Other than that I’m now finally embarking on the last litre of my Fuji Hunt Kit. I already developed the first 5 rolls today and will continue with some Argentina pictures tomorrow. At this rate I’ll be done with those after developing two more tanks. It shouldn’t take me too long now and once I’m finished the never-ending story of the rolls from Argentina will finally have ended. After this last litre of C41 chemicals it will be time to embark on my first E6 experiments. After some 100+ rolls of C41 film developed I think I’m sufficiently prepared to tackle this new challenge.
