Since my health is acting up these days I’m neither shooting nor developing as much as I would like. However, I’m using the downtime to edit the remaining rolls from my last trip. I only have a couple of rolls left to edit and I’m already quite pleased with the results. A number of the shots are somewhat different from what I usually shoot, because there just wasn’t so much happening on the streets, but there were still enough street shots to keep me happy. I also shot a mix of colour and black and white, so the atmosphere keeps changing from roll to roll which is interesting. Normally I just stick with one or at most two types of film when I travel, but in this case I kept switching between Kentmere 400, T-Max 400, Kodak Farbwelt 400, Kodak Gold 200 and Cinestill 800T. The result seems a little disjointed, but I think I picked the right kind of film every time. I won’t be travelling anytime soon, but next time I think I will follow a similar strategy, because it worked rather well.
