Today I had a little bit of a senior moment when I was developing my film and forgot to push it the 2 stops that I had intended for it. One would think that I wouldn’t forget in a space of 3.30min, but apparently my memory is just as bad as one would expect. Ah well, these weren’t the most important rolls in the world and at least I can take it as a latitude test for dm Paradies 400.

I think I would have been way more annoyed at myself if I had ruined the roll that I’m going to show you today. It was my first roll of Cinestill 800T and this stuff is too expensive to ruin it like that! I was also really looking forward to a couple of shots on it, so it would have been really really annoying. And after scanning them I have to say that I would have kicked myself pretty hard if I had ruined these! I love how they turned out! I could imagine shooting a lot of this stuff in the future if I can get my hands on the original Kodak stock with the remjet layer still in place. This stuff sure has a cinematic feel to it … unsurprising really, since it’s cine stock.

All pictures taken with: Leica M6 and Zeiss ZM C-Biogon 35mm f/2.8.
Cinestill 800T @1600 developed in Tetenal Colortec C41 Kit, +1.

It was incredibly dark, but somehow I managed to find a composition with which it still worked.
