In anticipation of travelling to Düsseldorf tomorrow for my exhibition I thought it would be only fitting to post some airport pictures. These were taken in Berlin last year. I’d post some new pictures if I wasn’t afraid of frying my MacBook Pro while editing – it always runs hot when I’m using Lightroom. After disassembling and cleaning the fans the MBP generally runs a bit more quiet now, but I don’t want to push it too much before I have the chance to get a replacement for the fan assembly that seems to be in its death throes.
All pictures taken with: Olympus Pen E-PL3 and Panasonic Lumix 20mm f/1.7 ASPH.
Best neighbourhood in town for plane spotting, i.e. you don’t want to live there.
That was one dark bus!
The only thing people do at airports: Waiting. I hate waiting.
Careful, he might bite.
Berlin Tegel is one of those crammed airports with not enough space for people to sit.
I stopped travelling with my toy bunny myself, because I used to get too many funny looks from airport security. I bet this little one doesn’t have to justify himself for the polar bear. Why is it ok for this guy and not for me? It’s so unfair!
OK, I also feel like punching people at airports sometimes …! Especially people who are walking very very slowly when I’m in a hurry.
