This picture sure shows off the capabilities of my 50mm f/1.4 lens. It was really dark and still it gave me a nice picture. I didn’t even bother to try sharpening, since there just would have been too much grain. This also gives it a somewhat more soft look, which is actually better for this picture anyway.
It’s a great lens — would love to have one!
I shot with it for roughly half a year and it’s really great. Not ideal on a crop body like mine, but you can still do a lot with it.

Aww thanks! True, the picture doesn’t really have a subject apart from the lights back in the distance. I like empty spaces without people though.
