When I was still at uni, I used to suffer from insomnia, so I started to monitor my sleep with a little App for the iPod. It’s not as if it helped, but it at least gave me some sort of indication whether it was getting better or worse. These days I don’t really have insomnia anymore. Turns out I was just too stressed in uni. Oh surprise.
Such a nice ‘glow’…
