I guess whenever you see pictures that can only deserve the close-up or even macro category you know that I either didn’t go outside or that I somehow didn’t have my camera on me. Yesterday was one of those days and I actually ended up taking a picture of my dinner. The reason was not that I didn’t go outside. I also actually took my camera with me with the right lens and everything. Well, apart from the battery, that is! I charged it overnight and forgot to put it back into the camera before leaving. I was so annoyed at myself! And Ezequiel wasn’t exactly helping either. He kept pointing out nice things to take pictures of and mocked me by saying “Oh, if only you had a camera on you”! So I said to him: “If only I had a boyfriend who stopped mocking me …” It made him laugh, but it didn’t exactly made him stop. I took it with humour. After all it’s a bit on the funny side to go out for pictures without a working camera.
Well, at least I had some nice pizza for dinner which softened my mood since Mozzarella is a real grump-killer for me. I love cheese! It’s a tough subject for pictures though.
All in all it sounds to me like you had a fun day with your boyfriend. If they tease you, the still like you…lol.
I know, but the camera, right.
Ah, dinner looks like just what you needed….and it sure looks good. I love pizza!
Great shot!
xx
Haha, you’re right about the teasing.
The pizza definitely made up for not being able to take pictures.
There’s nothing as frustrating as being held-up by a battery! I can relate – been there, done that (will probably be there again very soon)!
Great shot, though… makes me want to go look for some pizza, too!
🙂
I think we’ve all ran out of battery, but to leave it at home? I’ve definitely never done that before …! Oh well, at least I got pizza 😉
Even photographers needs food and humor!-)

Especially humour, yes. And food, well, we all need that. Although I sometimes wish for love and air being enough though …!
