how to deal with adults

So much for the universe: Now that I’m done with all my development and it’s raining until the end of time, my new bigger development tank finally arrived! I ordered it ages ago, but it was out of stock for a while. Well, if I ever get to shoot another roll I have a shiny new development tank that takes 3 rolls of 35mm or 2 rolls of 120 and will allow me to get through the next batch in less time. I sure could have needed it a few weeks ago when I ordered it! The good thing about the Patterson tank is that it also takes AP spools, so I didn’t even have to buy any new spools, which is actually quite a bit of the expense of a new tank of this size. And since the tank takes 1L of chemicals it’s also a good choice for the C41 chemicals. For black and white I might try to get an even bigger tank at some point to make things even more efficient. Too much efficiency? Well, I just know that I’m a little trigger happy (when it doesn’t rain and I get the opportunity to shoot).

By the way, the self-portraits also came out nicely, but since they’re so fresh they will need to mature a bit in the drawer.

For some reason I love this one. It’s probably the composition.
