I like visiting places, but I don’t like travelling itself. And especially air travel is infuriating on so many levels, the security procedures, the x-ray scanners and all the waiting! In general it’s just annoying. However, yesterday’s flight wasn’t too bad. I had a good book, none of the film I was taking was meant to be pushed and security only took a minute. It would have been surprisingly enjoyable if it hadn’t been for the nauseatingly stupid conversation of the business types on the flight. At some point a guy was boasting that he once drove his convertible open at -4°C. Well, do I have to say anything else? I tried to drown out the idiocy with some music to be able to concentrate on my book. Although the journey wasn’t too bad in the end I was very tired though and so decided to post these pictures today rather than last night.
Today I’ll be fighting bureaucracy, so wish me luck.
All pictures taken with: Olympus XA, F.Zuiko 35mm f/2.8.
My favourite!
Could have been sharper, but it was getting dark and I like it anyway.
A nice little churreria where we sometimes sit after dancing tango. I never had churros, but they definitely look delicious. A shame that they would kill me!
Waiting.
I don’t know either.
I suspect a sports fan …!
