Although I definitely have a fear of heights, this normally doesn’t keep me from going to high places to have a look down. I just like a railing or fence between me and the abyss, that’s all. During a recent trip we had the opportunity to walk over a pretty cool hanging bridge and this was how I captured the experience with my Rollei.

Very impressive!
Fence and railing, just how I like it. Just the floor boards were a bit too widely spaced and looking directly down gave me a bit of vertigo.
There is definitely a pull down. I love how fascinated the two women are while the guy seems rather unimpressed.
Some people were taking the quick way down – of course with ropes attached and all that. The thought of it gives me the chills because of my vertigo. However, I’ve had sky diving on my bucket list for ages now. I suspect that from the sky diving height the vertigo is minimal, because the height doesn’t look realistic anymore. By the way, absolute favourite Rollei picture from this trip: Decisive moment deluxe.
Preparations for another jumper. Very brave girl! I wouldn’t dare …
These girls were taking the regular way down.
This somehow looks like it’s from an entirely different era. Tri-X is sometimes like time travel.
