I’m slowly progressing on my mission to develop all the film I have lying around before we go on our trip to Argentina at the beginning of April. I still have about 20 rolls to develop, most of which are colour rolls. I guess I have a tendency to avoid these, because I actually have to sit next to them while they are being developed. A hassle, really! However, I will tackle them once I get through the last of the black and white rolls in the batch.

I actually even ordered a bigger developing tank so that I can develop two 120 rolls and three 35mm rolls at once. I only have a 1L Kit of C41 chemicals, so an even bigger tank didn’t really make any sense for me, at least for this batch. I seem to be shooting a lot of colour these days, which is kind of surprising considering that I only discovered colour for myself a few months ago. I’m even planning on taking all my cheap colour drugstore film to Argentina – about 25 rolls – to mix things up a little. I guess after all of these rolls I’ll feel more comfortable with developing colour film.

All pictures taken with: Leica M6 + Zeiss ZM C-Biogon 35mm f/2.8.

Yes, I know, I shouldn’t shoot against the sun with my Leica, but sometimes I just have to.
