The TV tower here in Berlin is definitely a lovely sight. It not only looks super futuristic, but it’s also impressively high. And since it’s so high you can find many spots in the city where you can take a picture of it. Yesterday I was mainly enjoying a quiet day at home editing pictures from the day before and this is one of them. Since the low sun was giving the tower a bit too much yellow I decided to tone it down a little while still bringing out the sky. Best way to do that without spending ages on the colours was a black and white conversion. Somehow I ended up playing with the preset though and decided to tone down the intensity. This definitely gave the picture a nice lo-fi glow.

Thank you again! I really love those soviet futuristic structures as well, although nowadays we know that most of them have been left to rot. If I knew Russian I would probably go and visit quite a number of them. Maybe one day I learn it. (It’s really stupid that I can’t speak the language although my mum is Russian)
