black and white sunset

It’s the week of the film festival over here, so the last couple of days we saw two rather good movies. Yesterday we even braved the torrential rains and came out for the last showing in the middle of the night because all the other shows had been already sold out. As you might imagine with the rain there wasn’t much of a point of going out and taking pictures and I’ve been doing other things. Although it might not seem entirely photography related to be teaching myself touch typing in cyrillic script it is actually somewhat related. Knowing languages always helps with travel and Russian has been on my list to learn for quite a while, because there are a number of Russian speaking places that I would like to photograph. It will be an adventure, especially since it’s a rather difficult language in comparison to the languages that I’ve learned so far.

All pictures taken with: Leica M6, Zeiss ZM C-Biogon 35mm f/2.8.

Ok, I know, sunsets make a lot more sense in colour. And it wasn’t a great one in any case.
