You know, little triumphs go like this: Turns out that the instant coffee I use for developing a lot of my film is cheaper when I buy two jars at once! I now also convinced my Pakon to scan at its full resolution of 2000×3000 and use the correct default directory. And I also found out how to turn down contrast a bit. Especially with pushed rolls the Pakon was getting a little too punchy for my liking. Babysteps, babysteps! Figuring out a new scanner always takes time. Another small victory? Well, having reached a roll from this year seems like a victory indeed! That was only because I felt like showing you some medium format though – I still have some 35mm stuff from last year it seems. At least that way I will have something to show while we’re in Argentina where I probably won’t have the option of scanning or developing stuff. And after our trip I will probably spend a couple of months just developing the stuff I will have shot over there! Funny how scanning isn’t the bottleneck anymore!

All pictures taken with: Rolleicord V, Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 75mm f/3.5.
Tri-X semi-stand in Caffenol-CL, 35min.

I was a little too late – a moment before the little one was still on top of the wall. I like how it turned out anyway.

Hongos = mushrooms. No, I don’t know what that’s about either.
