At the end of last month we managed to catch a Català Roca exhibition at the Kursaal. He was a Spanish documentary photographer / photojournalist who portrayed life in Spain in the 50s and 60s. Some of his work is street photography, but most of it shows the political situation and poverty around the country. You can see some of his work over at Anthony Luke’s blog.

On the way to the exhibition and also on the way back I took the pictures that you see here today.
