I’m still struggling with my flu, so I’ll keep it short:

Today’s roll was shot on one of the coldest days at the end of last year. Shooting in the cold and snow is difficult, especially with a metal camera. However, Nancy held up fine and didn’t complain about being subjected to -5°C weather. If I compare this to the previous year’s efforts of shooting at the same temperatures with the Zorki the difference is amazing. The Zorki pretty much shredded half my rolls, whereas the Leica negatives are flawless. Having the right tools, does make a huge difference!

All pictures taken with: Leica M6 + Zeiss ZM C-Biogon 35mm f/2.8.

It is so cold here… seriously, the dog’s water in the house is frozen, sink was frozen, thin ice on surface of toilette water each morning. Currently about 2 ½ feet of pack snow on roof of house. No easy!!!! Hold on to that camera and smile!!
