Almost 5 months after returning from Argentina I have finally finished developing all the 53 rolls I brought back from the trip. It was a difficult undertaking because it was the first time that I had to develop large quantities of C41 film while also trying to keep up with my increased output during the summer. The chemicals didn’t arrive for ages, then I had problems with them and then I was also travelling more in the meantime. Now I’ve finally made it though and I have to say that I’m pleased with the results. All the work has paid off and I can’t wait to go to Argentina again in December so that I can take more pictures to keep me busy! I still have to scan the last two rolls of 120 from the trip and then edit the last 10 rolls, but then I’m finished with all the pictures I brought back.

These pictures were taken on the cemetery of Recoleta which is full of beautiful sculptures and creepy spiderwebs. I do have a thing for cemeteries, so it was rather interesting to visit this one. It’s rather different from the ones I grew up with, but a certain cemetery vibe is of course universal.
