loco

Occasionally I have some odd pictures that don’t seem to fit anywhere. This post collects some of them. The title is perhaps fitting – “loco” means crazy. I hope you don’t mind the somewhat disjointed arrangement.

Today was a rather analog day: I was scanning some Zorki pictures from a couple of rolls I developed yesterday and shot a roll of 120 film in the Isolette. I’m afraid I probably won’t be able to keep shooting my usual 2 rolls of 35mm and 1 roll of 120 film a week in July, because I will be too busy with the necessities of an international move. I’ll be moving all my stuff to San Sebastian from Berlin. Although I’m really looking forward to having all my books, my stereo and gear here, I’m not exactly looking forward to the process of moving itself. I’m leaving for Berlin next week and although I hope to get some shooting done there as well, it definitely won’t be a priority. Same goes for my daily posting schedule. I hope to have the time to post some pictures, but things will probably be a bit crazy.

All pictures taken with: Olympus Pen E-PL3 and Panasonic Lumix 20mm f/1.7 ASPH.

I can’t trust my eyes either. Why is the guy on the right lying around like this?!

I was a little close, but actually I think it’s more interesting that way.

This bear is obviously important. In the background you can barely make out a very envious little girl who wants one as well.

Bored dog in a book shop. I took a similar shot in Berlin once.

Not sure why ordering a beverage always has to go with this funky facial expression!

  • There is something in the first shot which makes it interesting, but I’m not able to tell you what.
